Bend Institute 2010 - Sept. 3-6
Register now for Bend Institute 2010, to be held on Labor Day weekend, September 3-6. Theme is "We Walk by Faith, Not by Sight," with guest ministry provided by our new Apostle, Scott Murphy. Melchisedec and Companions Retreat - Sept. 10-12
Plan to attend the 2010 Melchisedec Retreat, "Grace: Dwelling in the Divine Embrace." All Melchisedec priesthood AND their companions are invited to this event, to be held September 10-12 at Tuality Congregation. Lewis River Youth Retreat - Sept. 17-19
All mission center youth in 7th grade through 2010 grads are invited to attend Shine XI: "We Shine Through" at Lewis River Campground September 17-19. Samish Young Adult Retreat - Sept. 17-19
Young Adults 18 & over, register now to attend the 2010 Young Adult Retreat at Samish Island Campground, "Walk This Way." Guest ministry provided by Seventy Rob Borkowski. Expect great fellowship, engaging classes, inspiring workshop, connecting with friends from the past, making new friends, lots of fun, and much more. Dynamic Worship Workshop - Sept. 18-19, Portland Congregation
MC Learning Officer Christian Skoorsmith will lead a FREE workshop on developing the craft and content of our worship. He will present a wealth of information and provide helpful resources, and the workshop will also build on attendees' own ideas and experience. The workshop will run 3:30-8pm on Saturday, Sept. 18, and from 1-4 pm on Sun., Sept. 19. Please RSVP to cskoorsmith@cofchrist-gpnw.org to allow for adequate preparation required of attendees.
